Join us for this supportive weekly group reflection and discussion. Each of us will find a personal learning to take into the next week as we meet life’s challenges. This consistent gentle approach can bring surprising personal change.
We will be reading Living the Practice by Swami Radhanada, a practical, inspiring and eloquent approach to daily spiritual life.
“Reflection brings daily life into a symbolic form that has more meaning. It gives you a place where there is no judgement, where you can be the observer of yourself.” (Swami Radhananda, Living the Practice p. 14)

About Swami Utpalananda
Swami Utpalananda met Swami Radha at the opening of her centre in Calgary in 1982. Studying there, reflection, mantra and Light made such a positive difference in her life that she continued on to become a teacher. She lived at the Ashram from 1986 to 1996 and returned there for many summers after leaving to teach in Radha Centres. She has returned to the Ashram and is committed to making Swami Radha’s teachings available to others.
About Daya
Daya was first introduced to Swami Radha’s teaching in 1983 in Lethbridge where she studied with Swami Radhananda. She has offered classes in Lethbridge for a number of years and is happy to be able to bring the Light and teachings into the world. Daya is now at the Ashram offering Karma Yoga for an extended time. She loves being part of the Ashram and world wide community that are connected through Swami Radha’s teachings.
